Thermos Wheat Sprouts
Put 2 c. boiling water into a 1 quart glass or metal-lined thermos to preheat for 5 minutes. Put wheat sprouts and remaining water into thermos; cap tightly, and let sit for at least 1 hour. This is best when made at night for a quick, easy breakfast. Wheat and Nanas
